Teens struggling with mental health is a global crisis with 1 in 5 teens suffering from at least one mental disorder and more than 11% of teens reporting experiencing a depressive episode in the last year. The teen years are already stressful and confusing but adding mental illness to the mix can make even the most mundane task hard to manage.
One of Banja Foundation’s initiatives is to provide free resources for teens and their families about coping with mental illness. Our Mental Health Resource center is a great tool for struggling teens to learn how to manage common situations they’ll encounter.
